Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre

Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre is a family-run adult school in the centre of Galway city. It teaches in a restored 18th-century mill on the River Corrib, a few minutes' walk from the city centre, and has taught there since 1987. Classes are small and run from complete beginner (A0) up to C1+, with C2 subject to availability.

Every course is built from 45-minute lessons and starts on any Monday of the year. The school teaches General English with a choice of exit exam — TIE, ETAPP, IELTS, Trinity ISE and the Cambridge suite — and is itself an exam centre for TIE, ETAPP and Cambridge. A full-time student support officer helps students with the practical side of living in Galway, such as a PPS number, a travel card and a CV.
