The Organic Centre's free annual Samhain day mixes live cooking demos of traditional Halloween food, such as colcannon, barmbrack and boxty, with tastings and a talk on Samhain folklore. There's also a Halloween trail and music. It's a tasty way to learn how the Irish marked Halloween long ago.
