Leaves Festival of Writing & Music

Wed 4 Nov – Sun 8 Nov
Dunamaise Arts Centre and other venues, Portlaoise, Laois
Varies

Laois County Council's yearly literary festival brings Irish writers, poets and musicians to Portlaoise for readings, talks, spoken word and concerts. Many events are free or cheap, and it's a relaxed way to meet Irish writers and get a feel for the local culture.
