Academic Bridge opened in Dublin in September 2012 with ten students in a single building. It now teaches around 600 students a year across two city centre campuses, one beside Mountjoy Square and one on Harcourt Street.
The school teaches General English only, 15 hours a week, across all six CEFR levels from A1 to C2. Classes hold a maximum of 16 students, open to new arrivals every fortnight, and run on one of three fixed timetables: two in the morning and one in the afternoon. English is the only language spoken anywhere on the premises.
